Who supports your phone system?

We have a call centre at our Head Office in Bournemouth, Dorset, who are able to fix the vast majority of issues over the phone. If they are unable to resolve your issue, we have a team of field-based engineers who are on hand to help.

How do you report an issue?

There are a number of ways to report any issues with your new phone system. Firstly, you can use the online help portal which has a number of helpful videos and guides. You can also give us a call or submit a form and one of our team will respond accordingly.

What levels of support are available?

We provide office hours support with each and every phone system we install. If you would like support outside of office hours, then our consultants will be happy to discuss your options with you.

Where are we based?

Our call centre support team are based in our head office in Bournemouth, Dorset. To complement that team, we also have a large team of field-based engineers, meaning they can reach you on-site more quickly in the event that you need assistance.
